  • Returns requested after this period may not be accepted, except in cases of defective or damaged products (see Section 3).

Approved requests will receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Instructions and return shipping address

c. Returning the Product

  • Ship the product securely in its original packaging with the RMA number included.
  • Use a trackable shipping method unless instructed otherwise.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The return is due to our or the Seller’s error
    • Free return shipping is specified in the listing or required by law

d. Inspection and Processing

Once received, we or the Seller will inspect the returned product.
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days, and you will be notified of your refund or exchange status.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

a. Eligibility

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery.

b. Process

If the issue is our or the Seller’s fault:

c. Warranty Claims

4. Refunds

Return shipping costs are excluded unless covered by us or the Seller.

Refunds are processed 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
Your payment provider may take 3–10 business days to complete the final posting.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability and Seller policies.
If desired, indicate this during the return request.
Additional shipping costs may apply unless the exchange is due to our or the Seller’s error.


6. Seller-Fulfilled Orders

  • Products sold by third-party Sellers follow this policy and any additional Seller-specific terms.
  • Initiate returns for Seller-fulfilled orders at support@luxe-athletics.com, and we will coordinate with the Seller.
  • Failure to comply may result in Luxe-Athletics intervening, including issuing refunds or removing the Seller.


7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Follow return instructions and include the RMA number
  • Package the product securely
  • Provide accurate information
  • Meet eligibility and return window requirements


8. International Returns

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for return shipping and customs fees unless the return is due to our or the Seller’s error
  • All returns must comply with import/export rules

9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not override your legal consumer rights.
If your jurisdiction provides additional protections (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period), those will apply.


10. Limitations

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit unless shipped with our prepaid label.
  • Returns not meeting eligibility conditions may be rejected or charged a 30% restocking fee.
  • Non-returnable products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless required by law.


11. Changes to This Return and Refund Policy

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.


If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
